I hereby agree that the below information comprises all of my electrical requirements and I understand that the Festival agrees to supply only the requested electrical supply. The Festival or staff is not responsible in any way for any type of loss due to electrical diffculties or failures. I further agree that if I, or anyone of my staff is found to be using electricity other than what I have listed and paid for, that the Festival has the right to disconnect all my electricity and / or close down my booth and that I forfeit all fees paid to date.
