Hey Pilots – What are you doing the third weekend of July this year?  Please submit an application to attend the Jackson, Michigan Hot Air Jubilee.  If you have never heard of our event it has been called, ". . . the fun event of the Midwest” besides, where else can you go fly a competition flight and have a smile on your face the whole time and enjoy the beauty of Michigan?

Our competition committee works throughout the year to come up with new and innovative tasks for the pilots to do. These tasks challenge the pilot’s flying abilities and the pilot’s ability to have fun.   You name it, we have done it at the Jubilee, in the past, we have had pilots throw rubber chickens in a swimming pool.

Of course, we also have the traditional tasks. We enjoy setting pre-determined targets. Everyone enjoys participating in Hare and Hound tasks, besides everyone leaves our event with something.

The Jackson Hot Air Jubilee is an invitation event that traditionally invites 40-50 sport and special shape balloons. Every pilot leaves our event with a smile on their face.
