Food and
beverages may be sold by food concessions only.

No
discounts for booth space. Participation is expected for the length of
the festival, Friday evening through Sunday morning.

All
proceeds from the sales go to the crafter / vendor. Commission will not
be charged by the Jubilee organization.

A color
photograph of items to be sold must be submitted with the application

Booth
space is 12' by 12'/ The jubilee committee would appreciate your
cooperation in keeping to the confines of your allotted area.

All
vendors must provide their own display equipment. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR
EVENT.

No more
than three (3) artists / vendor's work may be sold in an arts and craft
booth. Hand crafted items only.

Application
checks will not be cashed until the application is accepted. You will
be notified of acceptance within thirty (30) days of the application
being received. July 10, 2010 is the last day for cancellation; refunds
will not be given after that date.

Vendors
may provide their own generators; however only "quiet type" will be
accepted. The Jubilee committee reserves the right to require vendors to
use provided electricity for a fee if their generator is found to be
too noisy.

Vendors
will be permitted driving access to booth areas for set up and tear down
and for restocking only. Parking of vehicles will be in designated
parking areas only. NO parking by their booth.

Security
will be provided overnight in the vendor area. Exhibitors are solely
responsible for loss, their or damage that may occur to their property.

Sales tax
is expected to be charged with each sale and reported to the Michigan
Department of Treasury, Sales Tax Division.
